    The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals

    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of financial management in PTM, the application of GUG in financial management in PTM, and the efforts of PTM in implementing GUG in accordance with the rules / guidelines for financial management of the Higher Education Council of PP Muhammadiyah. This research uses qualitative research. The research object used was the financial statements of Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) in South Sulawesi with a sample size of 5 PTMs. The instrument used in this study was the interview with the informant, then the answers from the informants were analyzed and described descriptively. The results showed that Muhammadiyah Higher Education (PTM) in South Sulawesi had implemented a financial management system based on the management guidelines for the Muhammadiyah Higher Education Council, Muhammadiyah Higher Education (PTM) in South Sulawesi had implemented Goog University Governance principles, namely in terms of financial management.     Until now, bureaucratic behavior cannot be separated from the unpleasant terms addressed to bureaucrats who work in government. This is due to the low understanding of these bureaucrats in carrying out their duties. The purpose of the research carried out at the One Stop Investment Service and One Stop Services in Bone Regency is to find out what kind of behavior the bureaucrats are in providing services, how the quality of services provided and the extent to which bureaucrats' behavior affects the quality of Licensing Services at the Investment Service and Integrated Services One.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran informasi dan data mengenai Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Lita Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang terdiri dari laki-laki 34 orang dan perempuan 22 orang, dengan penelitian menggunakan kelompok Eksperimen 28 orang dan kelompok kontrol 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes, dokumentasi  dan  teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik Infrensial dalam bentuk Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu ada Perbedaan Hasil Belajar IPS Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Lita Kecamatan Lamuru Kabupaten Bone, menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi yang Menggunakan Metode Penemuan Terbimbing Setting Kooperatif dibandingkan Metode Diskusi Siswa Kelas VII MTs.
